THE FARM HOLIDAY
The Farm Holiday is located in one of the most beautiful spots of the Cilento National Park. The panorama along the road is lovely and spectacular changing from the green olive trees to the blue sea, the scents of nature are everywhere.
The Farm Holiday is distributed on 15 hectares of land. In a valley of oak trees, olives and wine yards you’ll find the riding track and riding school, the sheep-fold and pigsty.
The main part of our farm consists in old stables, now restored; there is a spacious and comfortable restaurant where you can try the best local food and regional wines, a little store room and shop of local products and also a small cheese factory where we produce our own special goat cheese.
To complete the farm there is a swimming pool and two cottages with nicely furnished rooms or apartments and wide open spaces to offer you relaxing hours and freedom of movement.
MEDITERRANEAN COOKING COURSE
Basic course of Mediterranean and Cilento cooking was created thanks to meticulous research work, which provides menus in harmony with the seasons and their products, with the feasts of our tradition and of country life. An offer which is the heritage and history of our lands.
The course of 3 lessons, provides recipes of pasta, sauces, meats and side-dishes of vegetables.
TYPICAL PRODUCTS
The art of preparing ingredients absolutely genuine and quality product rich in taste and typicality. The main objective, to transform traditional recipes in order to remain in the heart of those who will want to taste them: conserves, sweet and salty, sausages, salami, goat cheeses, extra virgin olive oil, wine, liquors and honey.
EXCURSIONS
The package provided two excursions, in two archaeological areas of the most visited in the world: Pompeii and Paestum.
