The visit to dairy in one of the leading farms of Paestum, allows you to see up close the buffaloes, with smells and sounds that are integrated with the modernity of the stables.
It will assist the manufacture of mozzarella and processing of yogurt where you can feel the passion that shines through the manual and the wisdom of artisan.
The estate also houses a permanent museum of the agricultural with over 1000 tools and equipment from various periods, of daily use.
Finally we will visit the leather handcrafts shop, only buffalo, with all items made by skilled craftsmen.
The visit will conclude with a tasting of a buffalo mozzarella cheese.
ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION
